the spinous process of the 1st cervical vertebra.

NEEDLING: Perpendicularly 0.5 - 0.8 cun. Pay attention to the depth and angle of the needle.
Care must be taken to not puncture the Medullary bulb. DEEP NEEDLING IS
CONTRAINDICATED. NEEDLING UPWARD AND OBLIQUELY IS
CONTRAINDICATED.
